Prior to joining Inserve Australia, Andrew was a senior partner at Deloitte for a career spanning 32 years. He held senior national leadership positions in Financial Advisory, M&A and Corporate Finance, while working in London, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. Andrew is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business. Andrew is passionate about continuous improvement and performance management. He will ensure we deliver a best-in-class insurance claims management and repair experience to our clients and their customers by providing the best people, operating models and technology.

National Manager Clients and Relationships

Darren has over 35 years of experience in the Australian general insurance industry. He has held executive and national leadership roles with global insurers, loss adjusters and claims management businesses, including Zurich Australia, Claim Central and Crawford and Company. Darren’s passion for customer centricity is widely recognised and was demonstrated extensively in the aftermath of major catastrophic events, including Black Saturday, Brisbane floods and Cyclone Yasi. His claims management experience extends across property, public and products liability, motor, marine and cyber risk. Based in Melbourne, Darren leads the Clients and Relationships team nationally and since joining Construct Services in 2019 he has been responsible for business development, performance management, compliance and audit.

National Manager Operations

Prior to joining Construct Services, Aeron undertook carpentry trade qualifications and worked as a Construction Manager for BBF Group and Urbaneering. Aeron joined Construct Services in 2009. He was promoted to the Manager of Complex Loss and Major Works in 2015 and was appointed to the Inserve Australia Board in 2017. Aeron is currently undertaking a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Housing Industry Association and the Australian Timber Flooring Association. Aeron is a registered builder in all States and Territories across Australia. Aeron leads the National Operations team, with 85 staff across the country, and has responsibility for all residential, commercial, strata, major and complex claims during business as usual and catastrophic events.

Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Mathew is a Chartered Accountant with commerce, private equity and big four professional services experience. Beginning his career at EY as an auditor in the UK, Mathew spent five years auditing large FTSE and ASX listed businesses. Mathew spent the next nine years as a corporate finance practitioner at Deloitte and EY in London and Australia working for corporate and private equity clients across various industries on projects and M&A transactions, ranging from $1m to in excess of $1bn in value. Since 2014, Mathew has focused on applying his experience to growth businesses in senior commercial, finance and strategy roles. Mathew joined Inserve Australia in 2020 and has overall responsibility for the finance function and supports the Directors with key commercial decision making as well as strategy development and implementation.

Prior to joining Construct Services, Paul held senior management roles in the tourism transport industry, including National Sales Manager and State Manager for Greyhound Australia. He was Chairman of the Bus & Coach Association and consultant to the Western Australian government professional drivers’ fatigue management program. Paul joined Construct Services as a building supervisor in 2005 and served on the Board of Directors at Inserve Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Paul was most recently the CEO and General Manager of Construct Services. Paul is responsible for all aspects of performance and compliance, which includes continuous improvement, client KPI monitoring/reporting and insured customer feedback.
